JOHN BRICE, FOUNDER + CEO

John’s passion is unlocking potential in people and organizations. He does this through careful listening, synthesizing information and creative solutions. He is known as an engaging coach, speaker and facilitator of change and progress.
Past experiences include starting a multimedia design company, serving as an advisor to a startup in the financial services industry, and leading the Learning and Leadership Development function for a large global banking institution.
John has worked as an affiliate consultant for boutique human capital consulting firms around the globe, and is now leading a group of talented and trusted advisors at Brice Consulting Group.
He has an MA in Org Design, is a six sigma certified project manager and is certified in a number of assessment instruments including: Global Mindset Inventory, Orgmapper, OPC, Strengthscope, and DISC, and certified in Design Thinking. John is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

KATRIN WINDSOR, SENIOR CONSULTANT

Katrin's passion is leadership development for individuals and teams. Katrin does this by coaching her clients to build on their strengths, increase their awareness of self and impact on others, and develop growth strategies with clarity and focus to achieve their goals. Katrin is known as an intuitive, engaging and challenging coach, speaker and facilitator of change and growth.
Past experiences include founding a premier network of international executives, serving as a strategy consultant to tech startups, managing cross-functional, international teams with P+L responsibility, and coaching teams to greater performance in 40+ countries. Katrin has lived in 5 countries and is fluent in Swiss, German, French, English, Spanish and can fake it in Italian and Portuguese.
Katrin is a certified co-active coach, CPCC, is a member in good standing with the ICF International Coach Federation. Katrin uses StrengthsFinder 2.0 and range of other assessments. She is a certified meditation instructor and developed meditation courses that get rave reviews, including Unleashing the Athlete Within, The Meditating Executive and Stillness in a Hectic Life. Katrin in based in Boulder, Colorado.

RACHEL GORMAN, SENIOR CONSULTANT

Rachel is a high energy coach, trainer and facilitator who together with individuals and teams, help people and businesses thrive. She encourages people to align with their core purpose and values, practice new thinking and behaviors to enhance energy, engagement, motivation, performance, communication and work culture.
Rachel brings over 20 years experience teaching and training in education, healthcare, non-profit and a wide variety of global companies. She focuses on self-awareness, other awareness, mindset and effective communication for intended impact. Rachel has an MA in Social Science, is a Positive Psychology practitioner and is certified in StrengthScope assessment. Rachel lives in New York City with her husband and son.

Karen b. eisenthal, SENIOR CONSULTANT

Karen thrives on facilitating 'aha!' moments, when the combination of skill-building, theory and practice enables her clients to tackle their toughest work challenges. Karen, a highly effective global business coach, facilitator and consultant, has an exceptional ability to connect authentically with her clients and to engage them fully for maximum impact.
Previously, Karen was Acting Vice President of Human Resources at GovWorks, Inc., a start-up in New York City, and Assistant Program Director for the Anti-Defamation League's, A World of Difference Institute in Boston. Karen's additional work experience in England and Japan, and extensive world travel has provided her with a unique perspective that is an asset to her clients.
Karen holds an MA in Intercultural Relations and a BA in Communications and lives with her husband and two daughters in Massachusetts.

Teresa hill, SENIOR CONSULTANT

As an experienced executive coach and facilitator, Teresa’s focus is on helping leaders better understand themselves and how they can positively impact people and organizations. Teresa works at all levels of leadership to design and deliver development experiences that build self- awareness, create new insights and drive exceptional performance.
Teresa has guided leaders for more than 20 yeas across three continents and is comfortable in a variety of industry settings including banking, big pharma, bio-pharma, healthcare, the motor industry and telecommunications. She has a particular interest in behavioral and organizational change and developing leaders to become life long learners.
Teresa holds an honors degree in Business Studies, specializing in Human Resource Management and the ILM Diploma for Coaching & Mentoring. She is a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and a Fellow of Chartered Institute Personnel and Development. She spends her time between the US East Coast and the UK.

JEN DANESIS, SENIOR CONSULTANT

Jen has spent her career helping organizations improve how they get work done and ensure that the right people are in the right jobs at the right time. She believes that objectivity is necessary to enable any lasting change, and that complex strategies must be translated to simple imperatives in order to be successful.
Jen has divided more than 15 years of experience between external consulting and internal Strategy/Human Resources roles. She has worked with a wide variety of organizations and industries ranging from some of the world's largest companies to some of the smallest non-profits.
Jen has a BA in Economics and is certified in facilitation and multiple assessment tools. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband, son and daughter.
